1.Incorrect / Incomplete delivery information:

If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information when placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email to confirm the details to acquire additional information from you.

2. Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or the delivery time slots offered, as this depends on the availability of our logistics team and our products and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. Same day delivery is only possible; depending upon the convenience of our outlets. In most cases you will be given the option of choosing between mornings or evening delivery.

Your gifts can be delivered in the given time slots. However, in-case of special requests and paying additional delivery charge we can deliver your gifts as per your timing and convenience, provided you give us the information 4 hrs prior to the delivery on the same day. For the same day deliveries, we receive orders till 5 pm.

Morning Slot(Sat – Thu): From 9 am to 1 pm. For same day delivery, if the order is placed before 10 am, the gifts can be delivered before 1 pm.

Evening Slot(Sat – Fri): From 4 pm to 8pm.For orders after 12 pm, the delivery will be made after 4pm. For orders after 5 pm in case of non-delivery, delivery will be made the following day.

All deliveries will be done only during the above-mentioned delivery hours.
Deliveries scheduled on public holidays or outside delivery hours will be re-scheduled to the next day delivery time slot.

For special occasions like Valentine’s Day and other occasions of peak orders,  it is highly requested to pre-order your gifts at least a day before the occasion to ensure on-time delivery to your dear ones. In case of same day orders on above mentioned special occasions, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

3. Plants Delivery

Delivery Date: 1-2 days from date of order. For same day delivery contact us.

 All deliveries will be done only during the above-mentioned delivery hours in section 2.
