COVID-19 SUBSTITUTION INFORMATION - Please note that during the pandemic, substitutions may be more common. This may include:

1. Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
2. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we may substitute with a product of equivalent value or even greater value without notice. Kindly be advised as with all natural products, there may be slight variances in color.
3. The image displayed is indicative in nature. The actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
4. We can assure that the same day delivery products will be delivered on the same day, however the chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
5. For same day deliveries, orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered after 3 pm. For orders after 6 pm in case of non-delivery, delivery will be made the following day.
6. Our delivery timings in the mornings are from 9 am to 12 pm and evenings from 4 pm to 8 pm. Expect on Fridays we deliver from 4 pm to 8 pm.
7. Our guarantee is limited to flower products only. Quality of gift items cannot be guaranteed, as the same is not of our product.
